I'm a data scientist and people analytics specialist working at the intersection of HR strategy and AI-driven tooling. My background is deep in R-based analysis, but what drives me is system design — building the right structure so good insights flow naturally, without constant manual effort.

I think of myself as someone who defines what needs to happen and lets AI do the heavy lifting. That mindset shapes every project, from automated reporting pipelines to custom AI assistants integrated directly into existing workflows.

Currently partnering with HR and senior leadership at NXP Romania, while taking on select freelance projects in AI automation and data analytics.
